Stephen and Chad knew that South Florida was the perfect place to start their holiday lighting and decor business after sparking joy in their families and neighbors year after year with perfectly curated holiday lighting displays at their own homes. You couldn’t have a more capable and dedicated team bringing your vision to life- between Stephen’s consultative approach and eye for design to Chad’s meticulous and detail-oriented mind on install day.

Being family-owned and operated allows North Pole Holiday Lighting and Decorations to maintain the highest quality standards. We only work on one job at a time and at least one of the owners is on-site at all times ensuring the safety and security of your property. We pride ourselves on offering great communication and maintaining a meticulous job site from the installation to the tear down. North Pole Holiday Lighting will make your home come alive with a custom, Life-like holiday design! To ensure the highest quality standards, we order brand new lights each and every year. When the holiday season is over, don’t worry about taking the lights down or storing them because we’ll remove them and bring you new ones next year. Based on over 20 years of combined industry experience, we exclusively order the highest quality LED lights available to reduce the amount of required power necessary as well as help reduce the potential for power-related issues. Plus, our user-friendly timers allow for easy on/off control of individual light displays or whole neighborhoods at once – without any work required from yourself whatsoever!

After the personalized design process and professional installation, we don’t just stop there- we offer complimentary 48 hour maintenance so you can just sit back and enjoy the holiday season without worrying about your personal Winter Wonderland*. Even if it’s changing a single light bulb, we’ve got you covered!

We understand that not everyone has the time, patience, or attention to detail to put up their own Christmas Lights, here at North Pole Holiday Lighting we’re happy to do it for you. We know that each home offers its own set of unique challenges. Installing your own Christmas lights can be overwhelming. So, whether it is a 3-4 story home or extra tall palm trees, we offer a fully customized experience and design process- keeping you off the ladder and out of the stores during the holiday season. What We Need?

Submit your information below to be on a very short list of VIP NPHL customers this season. Within 48 hours of you submitting your quote request, a member of the North Pole Holiday Lighting team will reach out and set up a time for Stephen to personally come out to your home and help you design the perfect, holiday lighting display! Before your complimentary site walk, be sure to locate your power outlets and make sure they are in good working condition and that your landscaping is trimmed. Also, be sure to designate any specialty items you are interested in the “Questions/Special Requirements” section of the intake form, as these are custom items. Do I have to come up with the design?

No- Interior and exterior holiday design is our specialty! After you submit your customer intake form, one of our friendly and professional holiday lighting experts will reach out to you and get an understanding of your vision, ask you to send in some photos, and schedule a time for one of the owners to come to your property to help make your vision come to life!

Do I have to buy the lights?

No! We want to keep you out of the stores during the busy holiday season and also know that trends change and each year new functional features are added to lights and decorations. We stay up-to-date on the latest trends so you don’t have to buy new lights each year!

I already have Christmas lights, can you use those?

In order to ensure the highest quality standards, we do not let clients supply their own lights. We purchase brand new, top-of-the-line holiday lights each year.

Do I have to store the lights/Who keeps them after season?

No! We understand that our clients want to enjoy a beautiful winter wonderland at their home without the burden of storing the lights the rest of the year and taking up valuable garage space.

Do you take them down?

Yes! Here at North Pole Holiday Lighting, we are an all-inclusive company. From design and installation to maintenance and removal after the season, when you go with the professionals at NPHL, you won’t need to lift a finger the whole season! Holiday light removal begins the first week in January (weather permitting).

What happens if it rains?

All of our lights are water resistant, but it is always best to minimize the lights’ exposure to water as much as possible. Make sure your sprinklers are off and facing away from the lights at all times.

What happens if my lights stop working?

The North Pole Holiday Lighting team is happy to help! We will come out to your property within 48 hours of a problem and will help you troubleshoot in the meantime, odds are it is a quick, easy fix! 90% of problems with your lights are because the GFI pops. All you need to do is reset the GFI at your breaker box and you’ll be back up and running in no time! Something else to consider is if your sprinklers are running- while the lights are water resistant, direct contact with water should be avoided whenever possible.

When do the timers turn on/off?

Our timers are customizable to fit your goals! You can set the lights to be on from dusk to dawn or 4, 6, or 8 hour bursts!

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes- in order to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and equipment each year, we have a minimum order requirement of $4,000.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes- 50% of the total is due as a deposit at the time of booking and the remaining 50% is due upon completion of installation.
